No — a 7-day free trial, with everything switched on and no card. Most agencies know by day three.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in. Shared mailboxes don’t count as users; the people reading them do.
Monthly or annual?
Either. £27 per user per month on monthly billing, £20 on annual. One billing period per organisation; switch to annual whenever you like and we’ll pro-rate.
Do you charge per property or per door?
No. Per seat only, whatever the size of your portfolio.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. It’s a subscription, like Netflix — cancel whenever you want and you won’t be billed again.
