Boilerplate

Copy and paste. Please don’t edit the wording; do cut to length.

Short — 30 words

Lanten is the intelligent inbox for UK estate and letting agents: email and WhatsApp in one shared inbox, the property CRM beside every message, and an AI agent that drafts the work for approval.

Long — 90 words

Lanten is an inbox built exclusively for UK estate and letting agents. It brings email and WhatsApp Business into one shared inbox, shows the property, tenancy and landlord record from the agency’s CRM beside every message, and uses an AI agent to draft replies, log maintenance, create tasks and chase contractors — all approved by a person before anything is sent. Lanten integrates with Street and Acquaint, with Alto, Reapit, Arthur and MRI to follow. It is UK-hosted, GDPR-compliant and never uses customer data to train AI models. Lanten Ltd was founded in 2025 by Rob Kealey and Chris Vibert.

How to use the logo

Short version: leave it alone and give it room.

Clear space

Keep space equal to the height of the mark on every side. Don’t crowd it with other logos or text.

Minimum size

Full logo no smaller than 24px tall on screen or 8mm in print; the mark alone no smaller than 16px.

Colour

Black on light backgrounds, white on dark. On photography, use whichever gives clear contrast. No other colours.

Don’t

Stretch, rotate, outline, add shadows or gradients, recolour, or place on busy imagery. Don’t recreate the logo in another typeface, and don’t write it as “LANTEN” or “lanten” in body copy — it’s Lanten.

Naming

“Lanten” on its own. Not “Lanten AI”, “Lanten.ai” or “the Lanten app”. Product features are Shared inbox, Property CRM, Tasks, Ask and Tags.

Brand

If you’re reproducing the brand rather than the logo.
