How does per-seat billing work?+
You pay per property manager. Team plans are billed per seat (minimum 3) at a lower rate than Individual, and you can add or remove seats at any time.
Is my data secure?+
Lanten is UK GDPR compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and your data is never used to train AI models. Lanten only drafts — nothing is sent or changed without your approval.
Can I cancel or switch plans?+
Anytime. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period, and you can move between Individual, Team and Enterprise as your agency grows.
